We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts have limited features (up to 3 active dreams).
Premium plans (Visionary Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) unlock additional features.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all dreams, goals, and roadmaps you create on our platform.
By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates the rights of others.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate roadmaps and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and should not be treated as professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Advertising

Free-tier users may see advertisements powered by Google AdSense. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

All DreamCraft branding, design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by DreamCraft. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamCraft is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. In no event shall DreamCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
